Welcome to China City ! We have two locations on Whidbey Island, a beautiful destination within the gorgeous Northern Puget Sound . You can find us in the cities of Oak Harbor and Freeland. Oak Harbor is well known as the home to the Whidbey Naval Air Station and scenic Deception Pass State Park . Freeland is widely adored for its quaint and friendly surroundings.
